cbazzi Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the cbazzi platform ("we", "us" or "cbazzi") and the user ("you" or "member"). By visiting the cbazzi.cam website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

cbazzi operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide a safe, transparent and enjoyable gaming environment. These Terms set out the proper use of our services, member rights and responsibilities, and the process for resolving disputes.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on the cbazzi platform and to take part in any game or betting activity:

• One person may not create more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be suspended.

2.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. Providing false or incorrect information is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure. If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing account details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Closure

cbazzi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of a breach of these Terms. Members may also request closure of their own account at any time via live chat.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The approved payment methods for depositing funds on cbazzi are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳200. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• You must only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• After a deposit, funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. cbazzi may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• cbazzi reserves the right to place any suspicious transaction on hold for investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

cbazzi offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making a total balance of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 20 times. The games that count towards meeting the wagering requirement will be listed on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for placing bets.
• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If a breach of the rules is proven after a bonus has been received, the bonus and any associated winnings may be confiscated.
• cbazzi reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

The cbazzi VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers is determined by overall activity and regular participation on the platform. Cashback amounts will be credited to your account automatically each week.

cbazzi is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot, script or automated method to place bets or play games.
• Using multiple accounts to attempt to gain bonus benefits.
• Hacking, cracking or any other technical interference with the platform's systems or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other members to cheat or engage in collaborative fraud.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving rudely towards platform staff.

If any of the above violations are detected, cbazzi reserves the right to immediately close the account, confiscate the balance, and take legal action where applicable.

All content on the cbazzi.cam website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software — is the property of cbazzi or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Reproducing, distributing or modifying any content from the site without written permission from cbazzi is prohibited.
• Limited use for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• cbazzi trademarks, logos or brand names may not be used on any product or service without prior permission from cbazzi.

By registering with cbazzi, you agree that we may process your information for the purposes of providing services, verifying accounts, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Avoid the tendency to place larger bets to try to recover losses.

cbazzi always strives to provide an uninterrupted, error-free service. However, cbazzi will not be liable in the following situations:

• Any loss arising from a member's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
• Unforeseen natural disasters, government directives or other circumstances beyond our control.

In no circumstances will cbazzi's total liability exceed the total amount deposited by the member during the relevant period.

10.1 Changes to Terms

cbazzi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

10.2 Service Termination

cbazzi reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue any service for technical, legal or business reasons. In the event of service termination, members will be informed in a timely manner and given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance.

For any complaint or dispute, we believe in reaching a quick and fair resolution. The process for raising a complaint is as follows:

These Terms will be governed by applicable international online gaming laws and regulations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

Matters not addressed in these Terms will be governed by cbazzi's discretionary policies. The Bengali version of these Terms will always be considered the authoritative version.
